Due to the busy season, we are facing a delay to ship orders. We appreciate your understanding!

 United States and Canada: 11-15 days

Australia and New Zealand: 12-20 days

Europe: 9 - 17 days

Latin America: 10 - 25 days

Other Countries: 14 - 30 days

Busy Season: 20 - 40 days

These delivery dates provided are calculated using an estimation based on shipment dates and taking transit time into account. 

Having an incorrect shipping address, poor weather conditions, custom procedures, and other circumstances that we cannot control may affect the delivery times.

Please keep in mind that import duties, along with any other fees and applicable taxes are not taken account in the item's price, or the shipment charges and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Expected Processing Times

Once the processing of the payment has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your order. As soon as the email has been received, the processing of your order has started.

The order processing time might take up to 1-2 business days. This includes reviewing, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures and your order have been carefully inspected, you will be provided with a tracking number to your email address. 

If your order is placed after 12:00 pm CST on a Friday or during the weekend, your order will be processed on the following week. 

Possible Delays

Some exceptions should be expected. As some countries have particular Customs procedures.

Our products will reach you wherever you are, although shipping times may vary depending on your location. 

Separate Shipments

In order for your order to arrive faster, if your order has multiple items, we may ship items separately depending on the location of the warehouses, or the availability of the products. This is done to ensure the fastest delivery times possible, and if this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

Cancellation / Change Requests For Your Order

Orders may be cancelled or have color, sizing, quantity, or shipping address information updated before 12:00 PM CST on the day of your order. You can contact us at support@foxtrotouterwear.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Updates to your order or cancellations can only be done before 12:00 PM CST, as we process our orders once they are processed, we cannot make changes to your order.
